Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Free U.S. Standard Shipping: Orders over $125. Transit is 3-7 business days.

U.S. Standard Shipping: Orders under $125 pay a $7.95 shipping fee. Transit is 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Email shopazariamar@gmail.com for invoice. Customer covers full expedited shipping cost. Transit is 2-4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information and order details before completing your purchase.

Address changes must be requested before shipment. We cannot change addresses once UPS or USPS has possession of the package. Email shopazariamar@gmail.com for address updates.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect address, or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. 

CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Azaria Mar LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed or damaged during transit.  Delivered packages are not eligible for refund or replacement due to carrier issues.

If you are unable to locate a delivered package, you will need to reach out directly to the carrier to submit a claim or service request.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, particularly during peak shopping periods and holiday seasons. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you place multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine shipments when possible. When orders are combined, shipping costs may be adjusted or prorated accordingly.
